Each consultation is tailored to suit the individual client's needs, it is very difficult to generalise as we consult with a range of clients from private individuals with one off purchase requirements, through large scale investors to ground level developer oriented projects.

All consultations are personally with Diarmaid Condon so you have full access to his years of experience in the industry. Sessions are organised around the country at different times depending on demand so it is likely there will be one organised close to you at some stage in the near future.

Where necessary we can set up a team on the ground to carry out formal preliminary investigations, particularly in in relation to larger scale investments.

Individual Purchasers

We generally book appointments all through the Spring and Autumn. Summer and Winter tend to be quieter but we still do some consultation work during these periods. Use the link below to email for details of when we will be in an area close to you. The most commonly used venues are Moran's Hotel at the Red Cow Roundabout in Dublin, The Dublin Airport Radisson SAS Hotel and  The Shelbourne Hotel. In Cork there are regular meetings in The Silversprings Hotel and The Rochestown Park Hotel. Other venues are also available by appointment, please email for details.
