Have We Seen the End of the Blue Chip Tenant?

The recent instability in the worldwide economy has brought an interesting concept to the fore. Have we seen the end of the Blue Chip tenant as it was previously known? The reason for asking this question is fairly obvious. Investors with lucrative long term contracts, including upward only rent reviews, over long periods are considerably less comfortable than they were just a year ago.
