Clonakilty native, Tom Sheehy, has moved his Go2CapeVerde company, better known by its trading name Cape Verde Development, to the African island of San Vincente in the Cape Verde Islands. It is believed that the move is to hinder legal proceedings against him and his partner, Niall Fleming.
