The very fact that German property wanted is even merits being put in a post on any property related website is a good omen for many Irish and UK based investors who flocked to Europe’s largest economy over the past decade to source investment grade property product. They are likely to be buyers of secondary stock let to a good tenants and are looking for yields of 7% plus that they won’t get out of prime location stock.
