Clearing up Confusion in Karl Morris Case
I’ve had so many emails from confused individuals, based on the news articles posted at the end of last week, particularly from clients of Simple Overseas Properties, that I said I’d better add a bit of clarity to this situation.
Karl Morris Case Update from Paul Clarke
The following has been received from the legal representatives of Paul Clarke, who is taking a case on behalf of 31 clients of Simple Overseas against its owner, Karl Morris.
Translation of Karl Morris Court Case Findings
Translation of the court proceedings against Karl Morris and his wife sent on by Mr. Morris. He claims that this is the Spanish court’s official translation of the proceedings.
Paul Clarke Disputes Karl Morris Claims
This is a response from Paul Clarke, who has taken action against Karl Morris in Spain, claiming that Mr. Morris’ assertion that he has been cleared by the court is entirely incorrect.
