If you are a British citizen and were introduced to Halcyon Retreat by an FCA regulated entity, there is a very strong chance of recovering up to £85k of your investment via this route. The current cap on these reclaims is £120k, but it is not retrospective, so the old cap would govern Halcyon Retreat claims.
