Class Action – Cabonuba Development, Cape Verde
A client of MRI Overseas Property has issued a press release looking for investors in the Cabonuba development on Sal, Cape Verde. It is intended to take a class action against MRI to recover funds invested in the project.
Ciaran Maguire Group Claims to have Settled Case
Ciaran Maguire claims that the pending case being taken by clients of CMG through Dublin based Solicitor Anthony Joyce has been settled. I haven’t fully confirmed this to be the case yet but there appears to be some element of truth in it.
